WHERE IS THE WARRANTY VALID: Valid only in the United States (excluding territories). Brush must be purchased from an authorized Olivia Garden® reseller. Void where prohibited.
HOW IT WORKS:
STEP #1: E-mail info@oliviagarden.com (if unable then call 1-800-922-2301) & include the following:
STEP #2: Upon receipt of your email, Olivia Garden will email you a Return Authorization number (RA#). With this number clearly written on the outside of the box, please return the brush to: Olivia Garden, 2805 Verne Roberts Circle, Antioch, CA 94509, Att: Warranty Department. Very important: include RA# on the outside of the box.
STEP #3: Upon receipt of your brush, our warranty department will review the brush. If our evaluation reveals that brush is defective from manufacturing (as outlined above), Olivia Garden will mail you a new replacement brush. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for mailing.
IMPORTANT: Do not throw away defective brush as this will void its warranty.
