Flat Iron - Limited 2-Year Warranty

Olivia Garden professional flat iron carries a limited warranty against defects in material or workmanship for 24 months.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

• Normal wear and tear such as shorts in the power supply cord or plug
• Damage due to external factors, misuse or abuse such as but not limited to: dropping, foreign objects being placed on the plates, wrong voltage supply, neglect in safety precautions
• Tampering such as repair or attempted repair by an unauthorized party
• Damage resulting from use of unauthorized attachments

The limited warranty is valid only in the United States & Canada (excluding territories). Outside of North America, contact your local distributor. Flat iron must be purchased from an authorized Olivia Garden reseller. Void where prohibited.

WARRANTY REQUIREMENTS:

• Register your flat iron by filling out the form below within 30 days of purchase
• Copy of the original proof of purchase from an authorized Olivia Garden distributor

Include in your package:

Flat iron well packaged to avoid damage during shipping

Copy of the original proof of purchase from an authorized Olivia Garden distributor

Payment of USD $25 (continental USA) or USD $35 (Hawaii, Alaska & Canada) made payable to Olivia Garden for postage, handling and insurance

Filled out Warranty Return form on page 6 of Flat iron booklet (included in your Flat iron box) or click here to print form

Upon receipt and inspection, Olivia Garden will determine if Flat iron is covered under terms of the limited warranty. If it is covered, Olivia Garden will either repair or replace

Any implied warranties, obligations, or liabilities, including but not limited to the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall be limited in duration to the 24 months duration of this written limited warranty. In no event shall Olivia Garden be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages for breach of this or any other warranty, express or implied, whatsoever. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state in USA and Canada.
